Handling the Holidays

Handling the Holidays is a workshop timed to happen before the holiday rush begins. The Chesapeake Life Center team and members of the local integrative arts community will offer activities for all ages. The workshop is not only for grievers, but also caregivers and anybody who struggles with the hustle and bustle of this season.
Held at the beautiful Burnett Center for Hope and Healing, 4559 Sixes Road, Prince Frederick, Maryland, the workshop will offer support, honor memories, and explore coping strategies throughout the holiday season. It will be held from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Oct. 26. The cost is $10.
