Brian Boru Fundraising Night for Hospice of the Chesapeake

Don’t bother looking up what to do with whatever is in your fridge or pantry for dinner on May 6. Instead, take out or dine in at Brian Boru and enjoy their classics in a 3 Course Meal for $25. $10 from each meal your order goes to Hospice of Chesapeake!

Starter
A cup of our traditional Potato & Leek Soup, Tomato Whiskey Soup OR a small Caesar Salad or Garden Salad.
Main Course (Pick One)
Whiskey Leek Chicken
Grilled chicken, topped with Irish whiskey cream and leek sauce, served with champ mash and vegetable medley.
Fish & Chips
Fillets of Atlantic Cod are dipped in our homemade beer batter, deep-fried to a golden brown, served with Irish chips and tartar sauce.
Medieval Beef Stew ** GLUTEN FREE
Tender chunks of beef marinated, braised, and stewed with large chunks of celery, carrots, and onions and topped with a scoop of mashed potatoes.
Shepherd’s Pie ** GLUTEN FREE
Ground Beef Sirloin cooked in a casserole with onion, peas and carrot, topped with mashed potato.
Vegetarian Boxty*
A traditional potato pancake with mushrooms, onions, spinach, garlic, and peppers, all sautéed with melted provolone and cheddar cheese and smothered with a chunky tomato marinara sauce.
Dessert
Bailey’s Espresso Chocolate Mousse OR Traditional Bread Pudding.
