Overview
Memorial services provide a time for families to remember loved ones who were cared for by Hospice of the Chesapeake and its affiliates. Our services will provide opportunities to remember and honor loved ones who have passed away and will include music, reflections, displaying of names, and candle lighting. Our September 15th service also features a Butterfly Release (butterflies can be purchased during registration until August 2nd). Light refreshments will be available at all memorial services.
We are inviting families of patients we served in 2023 to attend one of our 2024 services. Please only register for one memorial. Services are open to people of all faith backgrounds.
