14th annual Yoga for a Cause: Chair Yoga with Kim

We are honored to be one of the selected charities for Crofton Yoga’s 14th annual Yoga for a Cause. Owner Kim Murphy will offer a virtual Chair Yoga Workshop.
This all-levels, gentle class will take you through a traditional yoga class utilizing a chair as the main prop. In keeping with yoga as a prescription for wellness, this class is perfect for anyone working with physical challenges or trouble kneeling and/or getting up and down from the floor or looking to improve for functional movement for daily living.
The cost is $20 with 100% of all registrations being donated to Hospice of the Chesapeake.
